The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager based in our Wangara branch.
Duties And Responsibilities Include Deliver excellent customer service, providing consistent and precise sales process to meet customer requirements.
Work with customers, internal estimators and sales representatives to provide support relating to manufacturing and pricing of customer products.
Answer inbound phone calls
Communicate effectively between the business and customer for all requirements, updates or changes to any aspect of production or delivery.
Follow up on all quotations and record outcomes and provide feedback to enable improvement
Participate in and promote a teamwork culture by assisting other team members within business to achieve organisational objectives.
Act as a "Process Champion" and actively participate in the review,
development and implementation of customer service improvement activities
Respond to a range of enquiries and work demands given a high-volume environment
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Update customer details such as name and change of address and take payment information for Eftpos transactions
Assist in office administration tasks as required About The Candidate Proven customer service skills
Good computer skills, proficient with Microsoft products (Work, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent data entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
