Plastral is an Australian-owned market leader supplying plastic sheet products, specialty chemicals and associated equipment to manufacturers and fabricators across Australia.

We're looking for an ambitious Operations Team Leader to lead our Sydney branch and help drive the next stage of our growth.

Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you'll lead our customer service team while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sydney branch. This is a varied leadership role where you'll be actively involved with customers, develop your team, improve operational performance and help shape the future direction of the branch.

This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership career. While experience in our industry is an advantage, we're far more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, commercial mindset,

About the Role

Customer service is at the heart of this role.

You’ll lead from the front by guiding and supporting our internal sales and customer service team, working closely with our external sales and business development team, building strong relationships with customers and driving a more proactive approach to growing our existing customer base.

You’ll personally manage a portfolio of house accounts, ensuring customers receive outstanding service while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow sales.

Alongside this, you’ll oversee the warehouse and transport functions to ensure orders are delivered accurately, safely and on time.
