CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are a National Distributor in the health and wellness industry with a position available to join our administration team, at head office in Mullumbimby.

The key duties include but are not limited to:

- Data entry
- Customer service
- Sales reporting
- Key account product and promotional support
- Stock and inventory invoicing and systems management
- Office management support

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel a necessity.
- Experience in MYOB AccountRight or similar accounting applications an advantage but not necessary, as training will be provided.
- Customer service focus.




- Highly developed communication and relationship building skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Well-developed inter-personal skills.
- Solid organisational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Effective verbal, written, presentation and listening communications skills.
- Previous experience/exposure to a sales setting, particularly in organic health food, natural skincare and supplement markets an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and develop with prospects for advancement within the organisation.
