About the Role

This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, administration, sales support and account coordination. You'll be the central point of contact for customers, helping ensure enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries are handled quickly and professionally.

No glycol industry experience is required. We are looking for the right person with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer phone and email enquiries
- Prepare and send quotations
- Follow up quotes and customer requests
- Process orders and update customer records
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics
- Liaise with suppliers, freight companies and customers
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Build strong relationships with existing customers
- Assist with general office administration
