Position Title: Senior Solutions Architect

Role Purpose

The Senior Solution Architect is a key technical role within NCC Group’s Sales Engineering & Field Strategy team, responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable cybersecurity solutions across professional and managed services. This role partners closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into secure, commercially viable solutions aligned with NCC Group’s capabilities.

Senior Solution Architects lead solution design for medium-to-large opportunities, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with client requirements. They act as trusted advisors during client engagements, supporting pre‑sales activities and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high‑quality proposals and architectures. While not a formal people manager, the role contributes to knowledge sharing and supports the development of Solution Architects and Technical Solutions Engineers through informal mentoring and guidance.





This position requires robust technical expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and contribute to NCC Group’s growth and reputation for technical excellence.

Summary

- Design and document technical solutions for client opportunities, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and feasibility.
- Provide technical consultancy during pre‑sales engagements, including scope definition, approach, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product Management teams to align solutions with client needs and NCC Group’s service portfolio.
- Support bid responses and proposals, contributing technical content and cost modelling under governance processes.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, presenting solutions confidently to technical and non‑technical audiences.<
