Position Summary:

The Data Entry Officer must be detail oriented. You will take ownership of our production scheduling, maintain accurate inventory records and report critical business data to management. This is a position that will influence our continuous improvement efforts and play a vital role in our transition to more efficient, data-driven manufacturing processes.

The Role:





We are currently looking to add to our experienced and friendly team with a position available for a Data Entry Officer based in our Athol Park office.

· 30-38 hour week

· Accurate data entry into our system

· Manage daily production scheduling to meet dispatch deadlines

· Processing of customer orders in preparation for manufacturing

· Processing purchase orders from current to receipt of goods

· Communicating with our operations team to ensure accurate orders are placed and queries resolved or escalated appropriately

· Support adherence to workplace safety regulations and quality assurance protocols throughout the entire production cycle

· Strong work ethic

· Technical aptitude

· Experience in the window furnishing industry is desirable

· Permission to work in Australia
