Demand Planner — Bali Body ? Brighton, Melbourne | Full-Time Bali Body is a cult-status Australian beauty brand with over a decade of heritage in tanning and SPF. Born from the spirit of Bali wellness and Australian sunshine, we've grown from a DTC powerhouse into a globally distributed brand trusted by millions — and we're just getting started. We're looking for a Demand Planner to join our team and take ownership of how we forecast, plan and deliver stock across a fast-growing, multi-channel (eCommerce and B2B) and global (AU, USA, Europe, UK and Canada) .

This is a newly created role, so you'll have real scope to shape it, make it your own, and grow with it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Build and maintain demand forecasts, drawing on historical sales data, market trends, current performance, company plans and commercial insight

Keep a close eye on stock levels across the network, spotting supply gaps and material shortages before they turn into problems

Partner with the sales/commercial/ecommerce teams to keep forecasts aligned with sales activity,



promotions and new product launches

Translate demand into purchasing requirements and make sure supply is planned effectively to meet it

Track supplier and service provider performance, flag areas for improvement, and hold partners to the standards we've agreed

Support the S&OP; cycle and contribute to cross-functional planning meetings

Look for ways to improve our planning processes, tools and reporting to drive better outcomes across the business WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A detail-oriented, analytically strong planner with experience in demand or supply planning within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment

Background spanning both B2B and online/DTC channels

Comfortable working with data and confident engaging with commercial and operational teams

Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
