The Role
We are seeking a reliable, safety-first Demolition Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations, lead field crews, and guarantee strict compliance with SafeWork NSW standards.
Note: Our scope of work does not include the removal of hazardous waste; all hazardous materials are left in place and managed exclusively by specialized third-party contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Coordinate site setups, commercial strip-outs, structural demolition phases, and waste management tracking.
- Hazard Identification: Monitor the site for potential hazardous materials, ensuring they are left untouched and flagged for specialist extraction.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), run daily toolbox talks, and maintain active exclusion zones.
- Dust & Compliance: Act as the primary supervisor for legislative site protocols, dust suppression, and silica mitigation.
