n About The Opportunity
n We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Administrator to join the Envision – Wembley team on a full‐time fixed‐term contract from mid‐August until the end of 2027.
n This role would be working Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm (7.6 hours per shift).

- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn multiple systems quickly, attention to detail and accurate data entry essential.n
- Dental knowledge highly advantageous.n
- Ability to prioritise and work independently.n
- Assist with back‐office activities, including outbound calls, data entry and reporting as directed by your manager.n
- Processing of online dental scan orders via ORAD (https://orad.com.au/) and support in our PACS, Clinical Trials and Dental work‐up areas.n
