About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our Floreat team in a full‑time position. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy front‑of‑house environment, enjoys working closely with patients, and can keep the practice running smoothly day to day. Monday to Friday, standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm. What You’ll Be Doing - Managing the front desk and providing a warm welcome to patients
- Handling appointment bookings, recalls and patient enquiries
- Using Dental4Windows (D4W) to manage scheduling and patient records
- Assisting with billing, payments and health fund claims
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Maintaining a professional, organised and patient‑focused front office What We’re Looking For - Experience using D4W software
