PV DENT is a growing Sydney-based dental equipment business supplying clinics with dependable, high-quality equipment at competitive prices. Our expanding portfolio includes dental handpieces, air polishing and ultrasonic scaling equipment, curing lights and other products designed for modern dental practices. We combine quality products with responsive, personalised service — and we're looking for the right person to introduce PV DENT to more clinics across Sydney.
About the role
You'll be the face of PV DENT across the Sydney metro area — a hands-on field-sales role with a substantial part of your week spent visiting dental clinics. You will:
- Plan and conduct regular face-to-face visits to dental clinics across Sydney
- Build relationships with practice owners, principal dentists and practice managers
- Present and demonstrate our equipment range, matching products to each clinic's needs
- Generate leads through clinic visits, phone contact, referrals and networking
- Prepare quotes, negotiate, close sales and support repeat business
- Manage your pipeline and work toward agreed revenue and recent-account targets
About you
You're confident, personable and comfortable initiating conversations with new customers. Ideally you have:
- Proven field sales, business development or account management experience
- The ability to prospect, build a pipeline and close new business
- Strong face-to-face presentation and relationship-building skills
- Good organisation, follow-up and CRM/record-keeping habits
- A current Australian driver's licence and reliable access to your own vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
Dental-industry experience is highly regarded but not essential — full product training is provided. We'd also welcome an experienced dental assistant, practice manager or dental professional with strong commercial ability who's ready to move into sales.
What PV DENT offers
- Base salary of $75,000–$90,000 (depending on experience) + superannuation
