Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, service, and repair medical devices in accordance with approved procedures.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using appropriate tools, software, and escalation processes.

- Maintain accurate service records, equipment data, and documentation in line with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).

- Meet service KPIs and support effective service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Provide professional technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.

- Participate in required product, technical, and compliance training.

- Support after-hours work, on-call activities, and travel as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Minimum 3 years'
experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a similar technical service environment preferred.

- Strong electro-mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.

- General Hand tools and approved diagnostic tools and a DMM

- Ability to interpret and follow service manuals, technical documentation,



wiring diagrams, service bulletins, and troubleshooting guides.

- Applies a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and documentation requirements.

- Ability to accurately document troubleshooting activities, findings, corrective actions, and test results in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and company quality standards.

- Proficient with standard computer applications and service management systems.

- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
