Based in Muchea, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing a modern fleet of prime movers, earthmoving equipment and heavy mechanical assets, ensuring they remain safe, reliable and operational.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for

- Servicing, maintaining and repairing a modern heavy vehicle fleet
- Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
- Maintaining prime movers, earthmoving equipment and associated mechanical assets
- Working safely within established workshop procedures and safety standards
- Participating in a rotating on-call roster
- Working alongside an experienced maintenance team to minimise downtime

About You

You'll ideally have

- Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Minimum 12 months' experience working on heavy road transport
- Robust diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Volvo and EBS experience is advantageous but not essential
- A commitment to safe work practices and teamwork
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol assessment
