n We are seeking a Digital Experience Communication Manager to lead the redevelopment of our online presence and ensure it remains authoritative, discoverable and effective in a rapidly changing digital ecosystem.

n In this role, you will define and deliver a future-focused digital experience, underpinned by structured content, strong governance and contemporary user experience design. You will also play a key leadership role in guiding the Communications team on emerging technologies, including the ethical use of artificial intelligence.

n Your high-level duties will include:

- Leading the strategy and future-state vision for CSIRO's digital presencen
- Overseeing website transformation, including information architecture and content modelsn
- Embedding best-practice content strategy and enhancing digital discoverabilityn
- Advising on risks and opportunities relating to generative AI in communicationsn




- Monitoring emerging trends and driving continuous improvementn
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality digital outcomesn
- Representing Communications in organisation-wide AI and digital initiativesn

n Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra preferred, with other locations negotiable.

n As the successful candidate, you will bring:

n

- n
- A relevant tertiary qualification and relevant experience in communications – public relations, marketing, digital, media or journalism.n
- Experience leading complex digital or website transformation initiatives.n
- Experience in content strategy, information architecture, and user-centred design.n
- Understanding of digital discoverability, including search and emerging AI-driven content interfaces.n
- Proactive approach and ability to build and maintain trusted, respected, and collaborative working relationships with colleagues and clients across a wide range of disciplines at all levels of the organisation.n
- Proven ability to operate strategically in an uncertain, evolving environment.n
- Experience working on governance frameworks and organisational standards.n
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.n
- A history of demonstrated skilled and respectful behaviours and attitudes in a collaborative environment.n
