About the Role This is a Permanent Part time position at 40 hours per fortnight within the Digital Learning team.
The Digital Learning
Coordinator provides administrative, technical and operational support for Learning Hero, the RCH Learning Management System (Totara). Working within the Digital Learning team, you will support staff, educators and managers in the effective delivery of digital learning, mandatory training and workforce compliance requirements. The role is responsible for LMS administration, user support, reporting, digital content maintenance and the development of online learning resources.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to improve the learner experience and ensure staff can access high-quality learning opportunities. Classification for this position ranges from AO41 to AO45, Grade 4 Year 1 to Grade 4 Year 5 ($87,003.80 - $96,181.28 per annum pro rata.

- Provide high-quality administration and user support for Learning Hero, the RCH Learning Management System - Investigate and resolve LMS user, enrolment and system issues, ensuring a positive experience for staff and educators - Support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of online learning resources and digital learning programs - Generate reports and work collaboratively with stakeholders to support training compliance and workforce learning outcomes Your skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience supporting and administering a Learning Management System (LMS) - Experience providing administrative, technical or helpdesk-style support in a digital or education environment - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues - Well‑developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to support a diverse range of users.

The Digital
