High Level Role Description The Digital Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area. This role supports day-to-day marketing activities, including updating website content, scheduling social media posts, and assisting with email campaigns and promotional initiatives.

The Digital Marketing

Assistant helps evlaute market trends, suggest campaign approaches, implement content creation and track campaign performance. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, basic product photography, editing and content creation from brand leader briefings.



A passion for cycling is highly desired but not essential for a quick learner.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- HubSpot experience (EDMs, campaigns, workflows) & Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Strong Canva and AI tools capability
- CapCut video editing experience
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to work with multiple managers and stakeholders

Highly Regarded

- Woo Commerce, WordPress and Elementor – front end experience
- Website content updates including images, copy and pricing
- Photography and image editing skills including use of Nano Banana 2 experience
- Experience in cycling, sporting goods or consumer products
- Understanding of retail and DTC environments
