? Level: Director

We’re looking for an experienced, visionary, and strategic Digital Transformation Director to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and drive the adoption of modern technologies, processes, and operating models.

In this role, you will develop and execute digital transformation strategies, oversee complex technology programs, improve operational efficiency, and enable innovation across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with executive leadership, technology teams, business units, product teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to deliver sustainable digital change and measurable business value. ? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives and long-term business goals.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs that modernize technology, business processes, customer experiences, and operating models.
- Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight across multiple digital transformation initiatives, programs, and technology projects.
- Partner with executive leadership to define digital priorities, transformation roadmaps, investment strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to improve business performance.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to support the successful adoption of new technologies, systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Collaborate with business leaders and functional teams to identify operational challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
- Oversee digital transformation budgets, resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, and program performance.
- Establish transformation governance frameworks, delivery standards, performance metrics, and reporting structures.
- Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with technology, product, data, cybersecurity, operations, finance, HR, and customer experience teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and competitive advantage.




- Oversee the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems, digital platforms, cloud solutions, automation initiatives, and data-driven technologies.
- Ensure digital transformation initiatives meet cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory, compliance, architecture, and risk management requirements.
- Develop executive dashboards, transformation reports, business cases, investment proposals, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, implementation partners, and strategic external stakeholders.
- Monitor transformation outcomes, adoption rates, operational improvements, financial benefits, customer experience, and return on investment (ROI).
- Identify transformation risks, barriers, and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing transformation and digital delivery teams.
- Promote a culture of innovation, agility, collaboration, continuous improvement, and digital-first thinking across the organization.

✅ Requirements

- Solid understanding of digital transformation, enterprise technology, business strategy, operating models, and organizational change.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs, technology modernization initiatives, or enterprise-wide business transformation.
- Excellent executive leadership, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience developing business cases, managing budgets, evaluating investments, and measuring transformation ROI.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across technology, data, operations, product, cybersecurity, and business functions.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with enterprise systems, digital architecture, technology roadmaps, and large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong knowledge of program governance,



portfolio management, risk management, change management, and transformation methodologies.
- Ability to influence senior executives and manage complex organizational environments with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience managing technology vendors, consulting partners, system integrators, and strategic suppliers.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall, or hybrid transformation and program delivery methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technology concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Commitment to innovation, responsible technology adoption, customer experience, and sustainable business transformation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in digital transformation, program management, Agile, change management, or technology leadership are advantageous.
