We’re a small, agile team with big ambitions, we are growing fast and are now hiring another Growth Strategist to help us scale.
The Role
As Growth Strategist, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, optimisation and ongoing performance of approximately 25 lead generation accounts.
This role is 70% Meta, 30% Google, with a strong focus on offer angles, testing, and maintaining healthy lead flow.
You will
- Develop and manage digital strategy for your client portfolio
- Monitor performance and proactively test new angles when lead flow drops
- Jump into Ads Manager to optimise campaigns alongside our media buyer
- Lead weekly and monthly client calls
- Collaborate closely with the founder on strategy direction
- Monitor CRM performance (GHL experience highly regarded)
- Maintain high retention across your portfolio
Execution support is provided, but you are accountable for direction and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
• 1-2+ years agency experience
- Strong Meta Ads proficiency
- Solid Google Ads understanding
- Experience in lead generation
- Revenue Focused mindset (not just CPL-focused)
- Confident communicator
- Organised and proactive
Highly regarded
- GoHighLevel experience
- Experience working with trades or service businesses
