? About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:

- Supervising and engaging children in a variety of indoor and outdoor experiences that promote learning, wellbeing and enjoyment
- Creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment where children feel supported and valued
- Assisting with the delivery of engaging programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework and the National Quality Framework
- Building positive relationships with children, families, staff and the school community
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive and professional team
- Undertaking Responsible Person duties when required
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the service, including maintaining a clean, organised and safe environment

✅ About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Diploma in Children's Services or another ACECQA-approved qualification
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- A current Paid Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Previous experience in OSHC, childcare or a similar education and care setting




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, professional and proactive approach to your work
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
- A willingness to work within the Christian ethos of the service
- Current Child Protection Training in accordance with Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law
