The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Room Leader or Senior Educator to lead a well-resourced, modern room within a highly regarded Early Learning Centre in Lane Cove/Riverview.

This full-time role offers flexibility to work either 3, 4 or 5 days per week and is supported by experienced educators and a collaborative leadership team. Enjoy generous planning time and above-award pay, reflecting the centre’s strong commitment to quality education and educator wellbeing.

The Ideal Educator

We’re looking for a super passionate and experienced Room Leader who can create a nurturing, safe and engaging environment for young children.

You will ideally have:

- A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education




- Previous experience leading a room, mentoring educators, or be a highly experienced educator ready for the next step
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- A collaborative and positive approach to working within a team
