About the Role

One Dream Community is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team on a Casual basis. While this specific role initially involves a regular monthly shift of 4 hours focusing on domestic assistance, we are looking for someone who is open to growing with us. As our service expands and current client needs arise, there will be opportunities to pick up additional shifts across other support areas based on your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-standard domestic assistance to help clients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Assist with light house cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and household organization.
- Ensure respectful, person-centered care that promotes the client's independence and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate any changes in the client's needs to the management team.

What We Are Looking For

- A genuine passion for supporting elderly individuals and people living with disabilities.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or domestic assistance is highly regarded (but not mandatory if you have the right attitude!).
- A caring, patient,



and reliable nature with strong communication skills.
- Bilingual Advantage: The ability to speak Korean is a plus, but not essential.

- Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or similar)
