Aura Lifestyle Services PTY LTD (Aura) is seeking casual support workers for participants living in Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs on both the North and South sides.

Regular rostered hours include week days, weekends and sometimes overnight shifts.

We are a service provider working with a number of individuals who wish to lead their best life. We play an integral role, working alongside families and stakeholders to achieve the best outcome. All supports are genuinely individualized , unique and are safeguarding in nature.

Aura ensures that each team member is valued for what they can individually bring to a team workplace, we feel that if we support you to be the best version of yourself then you in turn will be able to support people to reach their full potential.

A Team Leader exists in each team and will provide support and supervision for each team member.

You will be supported with training, mentoring and have direct contact with family and our leadership team through this process.

Having a ‘can do’ attitude and pride yourself on being calm and kind, work in a planned and proactive way is key to the role, and have an ability to build rapport and relationships with participants, their families and other team members.

Your communication is to be mature, kind and fair, whether that's with the individual,



organization or families. You must understand how to deliver information whilst respecting family values, relationships, and other stakeholder decisions thus promoting a culture of integrity, respect and confidentiality. You will learn to respect the uniqueness, needs, goals, and visions of participants whilst being empathetic to all daily challenges and understand their desire for a rich and meaningful life.

Aura offers support workers access to Salary Sacrifice up to $15,900 per year for Casuals, Part-Time and Full-Time

Aura also offers confidential access to an Employee Assistance Program (for work related and personal related matters).

The positions are casual Level 2.1 of Home Care Award; however, Aura pays above Award rates.
