START NOW! Complete Care Assist is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team for Casual roles.

Based in North Lakes and surrounding areas.

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are confident supporting participants across a range of settings, including personal care, community access, complex care, high-intensity supports, and positive behaviour support.

About You

We're looking for experienced support workers who are adaptable, professional, and genuinely passionate about making a difference.

You'll bring

- Experience supporting people with disability across a variety of support settings.
- Confidence providing personal care, community access, and daily living supports.
- Experience supporting participants with complex needs, high-intensity care requirements, or behaviours of concern (highly regarded).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, person-centred approach to support.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Must have full working rights.

Desirable

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, Mental Health, or related qualification.
- Experience with high-intensity supports, medication administration, PEG feeding,



manual handling, or positive behaviour support.
- Experience supporting participants with autism, psychosocial disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, or complex health needs.
