The Role

We are seeking experienced male and female support workers to join our growing team. You will support people living with disability to lead fulfilling, independent lives in the community.

Duties include:

- Providing high-quality personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, medication assistance)
- Assisting with community access, appointments, and social support

- Helping with domestic tasks
- Monitoring client well-being and documenting progress
- Manual handling




- Sleepover and weekend availability is essential

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Supportive and team-oriented
- Confident working independently
- Experienced in complex care
- Available for sleepovers and flexible shifts

Essential Criteria

✔ Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts ✔ Full availability preferred

✔ Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

✔ Mobile phone

✔ Current First Aid & CPR certificate

✔ Current Working with Children Blue Card

✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Yellow Card)

Current Criminal History Check (or willing to obtain)
