True Resources is actively recruiting Drillers Offsiders for casual (temp-perm) exploration roles across Western Australia, with a clear and fast pathway to permanent placement.

To be considered you must have and provide:

- Current residency in Perth, WA (or willing to relocate immediately

- Direct transferable industry work experience (Labour intensive)

- The following tickets (or willingness to obtain):

- HR-B Licence (required)

- Additional relevant tickets such as WAH, First Aid, 4WD training and Fire Attack are a bonus and highly regarded

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen

- Clean Police Record (within the last 3 months)





- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

- Strong safety mindset and solid mechanical aptitude

- Physical fitness and willingness to meet the real demands of off siding, this is hands-on, hard work in challenging environments (dust, confined spaces, heavy manual labour)

Serious physical fitness is a must to succeed in Offsiding. This role involves extensive manual labouring, so you will need to cope and perform with the demands of the position, confined spaces, dust and other environmental challenges.
