South West Personnel are currently recruiting for the next intake of experienced Mining Operators in Boddington W.A, engagement will commence on a casual basis through South West Personnel.

There can be permanent full-time opportunities present for hard working and reliable operators that easily align with expectations around safety culture and behavioural ethics.

Current vacancies with immediate starts are available for experienced, ticketed and competent Mining Operators in:

- Rigid Dump Trucks (CAT 777s / CAT 785s or larger)

To be considered you will:

- Be prepared to commence on a Dump Truck and complete your VOC hours and all required site training prior to being considered for other machinery.
- Have solid and recent experience with haul trucks and/or mobile plant operations within a mining setting.
- Learn quickly and demonstrate competency through safe work practices and operating procedures.




- Understand the demands of productivity to work safely without compromising on safety guarantee.
- Be fit and healthy – willing to undertake a pre-employment mining medical and random D&A; testing.
- Have availability to work a continuous shift rosterinvolving 12 hour shifts – 2 DS 2 NS: 5 OFF – 2 DS 3 NS: 4 OFF – 3 DS 2 NS: 3 OFF
- Be flexible to attend registration interview and pre-employment medical in Bunbury or Rockingham plus client interview in Boddington, if required.

Only candidates meeting the desired experience level and who reside around Dwellingup, Pinjarra, Mandurah or are local to Boddington will be considered for these vacancies. Note: CV must be current, including dates of employment and providing names and contact details of at least two recent work referees.
