We are seeking an experienced, energetic and highly motivated Duty Manager to play a key leadership role within our business.
This position serves as an important link between frontline management and staff and is ideally suited to a leader who enjoys developing people, influencing outcomes, improving systems and maintaining high standards across a diverse and quick paced environment.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and support across all areas of the Club, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong compliance outcomes and a positive team culture.
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable engaging with members and staff on the floor as they are reviewing procedures, completing administrative responsibilities and contributing to the continuous improvement of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and support the Supervisor team and staff to achieve high standards of performance and service.
- Promote a strong customer focused culture throughout the Club.
- Provide visible leadership across gaming, food and beverage, entertainment and general Club activities.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, Club policies and responsible gambling obligations.
- Support departmental leaders with workflow coordination and daily venue operations.
- Review, develop and implement systems, procedures and service standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with incident management, customer resolution and operational decision-making.
- Complete reporting and administrative requirements as required.
- Build positive working relationships across all departments and leadership levels.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
· Fulfil seamless leadership coverage and continuity of service standards during periods of leave, absences and roster shortfalls.
About You:

- Significant leadership experience within hospitality, ideally including clubs, hotels, pubs or gaming venues.
- A strong understanding of gaming operations, responsible gambling obligations and hospitality compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to positively influence, motivate and develop others.
- A consistent, fair and professional leadership style.
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- The ability to effectively balance hands-on leadership with administrative responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

- Current RMLV
- Approved Manager's License
- RSA
- RSG
- Current First Aid Certificate
- CLO Training
- Blue Card
- Diploma of Hospitality Management (desirable)
