- Maintains the highest standard of compliance, safety and cleanliness
- Handles cash with the utmost care and aims to achieve 100% till accuracy at all times
- Efficiently merchandises stock, ensuring correct rotation to minimise loss
- Ensures all controls, policies, procedures and guidelines are followed
- Accurately checks off store deliveries where required
- Proactively identifies and reports incidents, hazards and near misses
- Proactively identifies and recommends improvements to safety and security procedures
- Ability to provide verbal feedback in the form of praise and constructive criticism
