Elders is seeking a Training Facilitator on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027 to drive adoption of recent systems through the SysMod project. You'll design and deliver engaging training, support learners across the organisation, and align sessions with project goals. Reporting to the SysMod Enablement Lead, you'll work with the Change & Engagement Team, assess training needs, provide post go-live support, and gather insights to continuously improve training outcomes.
