Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Narrandera is seeking dedicated Early Childhood Teachers with a commitment to providing excellence in care. The successful applicants will possess a passion for high quality care and education and preferably be available Monday to Friday.

The service operates 6:30am-6pm and is licensed for 85 places, catering for 0 to 5-year-olds. We have multiple ECT positions available for the right candidates.

The positions encompass the following:-

- Nurturing, caring for and educating children aged 3 years to School aged.

- Assisting in planning and implementing a play-based, emergent curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework

- Delivering consistent high quality care and presentation to all work practices

- Developing and implementing 3 year old and 4 year old funded Kindergarten curriculum with the support of other ECTs and qualified educators

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community

Selection Criteria:-

- Teaching Qualification for Early Childhood Education OR currently studying towards an approved Qualification

- Current Working with Children's Check
- A passion for providing high-quality, early childhood care and education

- Enthusiasm and drive to succeed in providing interesting and inviting learning spaces

- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards





- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

- Motivation and initiative and willingness to be a valued team player

- Child protection training

- Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- An ability to demonstrate strong skills in observing, programming & planning, to meet children's individual needs.

- Meet current requirements to be approved as a Responsible Person on Duty
