Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Flexible Days & Hours

Mary Valley Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our welcoming team.

Located in the heart of the beautiful Mary Valley, our centre provides high-quality education and care for children aged 15 months to 5 years. We believe children learn best through play, meaningful relationships, and engaging experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver a high-quality, play-based kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

- Create engaging learning environments that inspire children’s curiosity and development.

- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development.

- Work collaboratively with educators to support continuous improvement and quality outcomes.

- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture.





About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- An approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

- Current Queensland Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain registration).

- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- A genuine passion for providing exceptional early childhood education.
