Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) - Esperance

We are looking for a Early Childhood Teacher to develop and grow our Early Enrichment Program; making it their own and for our children.

About You: You are an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator with a desire to try new and innovative learning methods and experiences.

You will be able to work in partnership with Educators and Director to lead the development,



implementation and review of educational programs; with a particular focus on developing our new Early Enrichment Program to be world class.

You Already Have:

- A robust passion for the Early Childhood education and care
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Working Towards (ACEQA approved Australian equivalent)
- Active Teacher Registration if qualification is complete
- A valid working with Children Check or willing to obtain one
- A National Police Clearance or willing to obtain one
- A passion for program development, particularly in the Pre & Kindy environments
- Experience in developing great experiences for our families and children
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain.
- A love for nature play and education
- Previous experience in delivering high quality education and care
