Are you an experienced Early Childhood professional with a passion for mentoring educators, inspiring quality practice, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children? ?

At Journey Early Learning Wallan, we're looking for an enthusiastic Educational Leader to guide our teaching team, support continuous improvement, and help every child thrive.

? About the Centre

Journey Early Learning Wallan is a 120-place early learning centre designed to provide children with engaging, nurturing, and inspiring learning environments. Working alongside a supportive leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping educational excellence across the centre.

? What You'll Do

✨ Mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs.

? Guide curriculum planning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

? Foster a culture of reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

? Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

? Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and contribute to exceeding outcomes.

? Inspire your team through coaching, modelling best practice,



and professional development.

? What You'll Bring

✔️ Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.

✔️ Current Working with Children Check.

✔️ Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.

✔️ Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.

✔️ A passion for supporting educators and creating outstanding outcomes for children.
