About the Centre:

Our dedicated Educators at Cranbourne West deliver play-based learning through thoughtfully designed programs like Tea Times, Yarning Circles, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Baby Massage, fostering wellness and a strong sense of community. With 7 carefully curated Studios for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, each space is designed to inspire curiosity and support developmental growth.

Our expansive outdoor play areas encourage imagination, adventure, and physical skills, growing alongside the children as they progress.

We’re proud to be active community members, building strong partnerships with local schools and businesses to create a supportive, inclusive environment for all.

Current Opportunities:

We are expanding our team of passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators. Join us and be part of our dynamic Bluebird team, with permanent part-time positions available for both Diploma & Certificate III qualified. Permanent part-time positions of up to 37.5 hours per week.





Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
- Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
- Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
- A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
- Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
