Located in the heart of Melbourne’s west, One Tree Altona Meadows is a 58-place early childhood service offering nursery, toddler, and kindergarten programs. Our service is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where we see the environment as the ‘third teacher’—inviting children to explore, imagine, and connect with the natural world. We’re seeking a casual educator with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our vibrant Altona Meadows team. You’ll work alongside a team of passionate educators to create inclusive, engaging, and inspiring experiences for children that promote exploration and learning.

What We’re Looking For:

- A passion for early childhood or school-aged education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- Certificate III or working towards Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:





- Supporting and guiding children through meaningful learning experiences
- Building positive relationships with families and colleagues
- Adhering to our service’s policies and the National Quality Framework
- Reflecting on and developing your practice to provide the best care and education
