We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join Powertech on Renewable Hydrogen Project.
Position Overview - Role: Electrical Commissioning Engineer - Start Date: ASAP - Roster: 2 week on : 1 week off - Rate: Excellent rates + Super paid on ALL hours worked - Duration: 6-8 months - Location: Dampier/Karratha, Western Australia - POH: Perth, however we can fly from any major capital in Australia with accommodation provided as required - Travel: First and Last day of swing, full day 10.5 hours paid for these days. Skills and Responsibilities - Site electrical commissioning experience - Pre-commissioning and commissioning document preparation experience - LV and HV Switchboard testing including protection relay testing, secondary injection testing and interlock experience - Experience with standard electrical equipment including LV/HV rectifiers and transformers, earthing grid testing, etc. BESS knowledge is useful but not mandatory - Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
- OR Chartered Qualified Engineer – Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in either onshore or offshore commissioning within the oil & gas industry.
- Proactive and positive approach to all opportunities, coupled with excellent communication and team working skills.
