Pre-sales Technical Assessment and Solution Support

- Conduct pre-sales technical research and assessment for target projects, inspect core elements including customers’ on-site environment, equipment operating conditions and local grid connection conditions, systematically analyze project risks and adaptability, and deliver professional pre-sales assessment and analysis reports to provide core basis for subsequent R&D; and customized solutions
- Fully sort out customers’ online and offline operation and maintenance requirements, demonstrate the feasibility, implementability and compliance of LTSA long-term service solutions based on actual project scenarios, and ensure the solutions accurately match customer demands and project requirements.

Full Lifecycle

Management of LTSA Products

- Develop customized LTSA long-term service agreements based on customer levels, project scales and differentiated needs, and cooperate with the sales team in bidding and business docking to support the expansion of key customers and project signing.
- Follow up the whole-process nodes of LTSA agreements, coordinate internal and customer parties to complete agreement review, lead core business negotiations, and efficiently promote the signing and implementation of LTSA agreements.
- Take charge of local energy storage service brand building in Australia, continuously optimize the LTSA service system and service quality, improve product market reputation and customer satisfaction, effectively reduce the overall failure rate of energy storage systems, and enhance customer repurchase rate and long-term cooperation stickiness.

Spare Parts

Control and Cost Management





- Assist with spare parts inventory management for local energy storage projects in Australia, scientifically optimize the structure and quantity of spare parts inventory, effectively shorten the logistics cycle of the maintenance supply chain, and improve the efficiency of on-site fault response and resolution.
- Establish a scientific and comprehensive service pricing system and strategy combined with different project scenarios, operation and maintenance needs and local market conditions, lead the quotation review and business negotiation with third-party service providers, continuously reduce operation and maintenance costs, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement .
- Facilitate the entire process—including cross-border customs clearance of spare parts, assistance with inventory management, recycling of used spare parts, and compliant disposal—to ensure the compliant and efficient circulation of spare parts.

Local Service

Delivery and Operation Guarantee

- Take full charge of closed-loop handling of customer after-sales issues, rapidly respond to and resolve customer complaints and technical faults, and ensure timely progress updates and effective communication with clients.
- Continuously collect and analyze on-site failure data, feed back key problems and improvement suggestions to the R&D; team, and drive continuous product quality optimization and iteration.
- Promote the implementation of routine maintenance and annual LTSA service for customer energy storage projects, lead emergency troubleshooting and rush repairs for major on-site faults, and ensure the long-term stable, safe and compliant operation of energy storage power stations.
- Build and improve the local operation and maintenance service cooperation network, undertake the access qualification review,



warehousing management and daily service quality assessment of third-party service providers, and implement rectification, punishment and elimination for unqualified providers to standardize the local service ecosystem.

Regional Operation

Control and Compliance & Safety Management

- Strictly follow the headquarters’ safety production and operation & maintenance management systems and specifications, fully control the safety risks of regional project operation and maintenance, and achieve zero major safety accidents.
- Implement regional safety management plans and assist clients with emergency response to safety incidents.
- Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of all energy storage power stations in the jurisdiction, unify operating standards and procedures, and strictly control employment and operational compliance to ensure the protected, stable and standardized operation of regional operation and maintenance work. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) operation and maintenance management, including at least 1 year of local after-sales service experience in Australia with a good understanding of Australian on-site operation and maintenance procedures.

Proficient in core energy storage systems, with solid hands-on experience in commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of PCS, BMS, EMS, fire protection systems and cooling systems.

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation or other related disciplines.

Fluent in English, capable of daily work communication, English can be used as the working language.

Candidates with energy storage spare parts management experience and Australian local after-sales service resources are preferred.

Possess strong customer service awareness and excellent business communication skills, capable of maintaining customer relationships.

Solid practical hands-on ability, high execution efficiency and strong stress resistance. Able to follow project management arrangements and adapt to on-site project work and business trips.

Candidates with high and low voltage electrician operation certificates are preferred.
