We're looking for an experienced Electrical Revit Modeller to join a growing team, delivering some of Southeast Queensland's largest and most iconic commercial & industrial projects.

This isn't a production-line modelling role. You'll have the opportunity to influence project delivery, improve BIM standards and, as the team grows, step into a technical leadership position, while staying hands-on with the work you enjoy. There's no expectation to become a full-time BIM Manager. We believe the best technical leaders stay close to the projects.

What you'll be doing;

- Deliver high-quality electrical Revit models on major commercial developments.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers and other building services disciplines.
- Drive BIM quality, coordination and modelling best practice.
- Mentor junior team members and help grow a high-performing modelling team.
- Solve complex coordination challenges on projects that make an impact.

What we're looking for;

- Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
- Proven experience modelling electrical services using Revit.
- Experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects.




- Robust BIM coordination and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset and pride in producing quality work.
