About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Electrical Service Division Manager to lead the service operations of a well-established commercial electrical contractor based in Brisbane.

This leadership role will see you managing the day-to-day delivery of commercial electrical maintenance and service projects. You'll take ownership of scheduling, client relationships, operational performance, financial outcomes, and business growth, with the autonomy to influence the future direction of the service division.

If you're an experienced Service Manager or a senior Service Supervisor ready to step into a business-critical leadership position, this role offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the chance to make a genuine impact.

Salary & Benefits

- $160,000 - $200,000 + Company Car + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

- Lead,



mentor and develop a team of electricians and service support staff
- Manage daily scheduling, resource allocation and service delivery across multiple projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients while preparing quotations and securing ongoing work
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, profitability and operational performance to achieve business objectives
- Ensure all work complies with Queensland electrical regulations, WHS requirements and company quality standards

What You'll Bring

- Queensland Electrical Licence and Queensland Electrical Work Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior service leadership or service management role
- Strong commercial electrical maintenance and service experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships and deliver profitable outcomes
- Current Driver Licence, White Card and any High Risk Work Licences will be highly regarded
