Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Supervisor to lead our field service team and ensure the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of electrical maintenance and service works.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Electrical Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of electricians and technicians, coordinating reactive and planned maintenance activities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical service and maintenance operations.

- Lead, mentor and support a team of electricians, apprentices and subcontractors.

- Plan and schedule service works to meet customer requirements and contractual obligations.

- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

- Conduct site inspections, audits and toolbox meetings.

- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for service-related matters.

- Prepare quotations, work scopes and job cost estimates.

- Monitor job progress, labour utilisation and project profitability.

- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, electrical regulations and company policies.

- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities with existing and new clients.

- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions where required.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Current Electrical Licence.





- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within electrical services or maintenance.

- Solid knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.

- Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

- Sound understanding of WHS legislation and risk management practices.

- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

- Current driver's licence.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job management systems.

Desirable

- Cert IV in Electrical, Leadership and Management or equivalent.

- Experience managing service contracts and maintenance programs.

- High Risk Work Licences, EWP, Working at Heights or other industry certifications.
