Staffpower is currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Team Leader on behalf of one of our valued clients.
This is more than a senior electrician role—it's an opportunity to step into leadership while remaining hands-on in the field. Working alongside the Electrical Services Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a team of electricians and apprentices, delivering industrial projects, maintenance works and service activities across regional Victoria and Southern NSW.
About the role
As the Electrical Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, mentor and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
- Support estimating, quoting and project administration where required.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SWMS and company standards.
- Remain hands-on with industrial electrical installation, maintenance and commissioning.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
About you To be successful, you will have:
- A current A-Grade Electrical License.
- Proven experience in industrial electrical environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Experience with project management, estimating, Simpro or contract administration is highly regarded but not essential.
