Stellar Recruitment are seeking a qualified NSW Electrician for a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client.
n This is a unique opportunity for an electrician who enjoys hands-on work and isn't afraid to get involved in the mechanical side of maintenance, installations and repairs. Previous fuel industry experience is not required.
n Our client is looking for a practical, mechanically minded tradesperson who enjoys fault finding, working with pumps, motors and pipework, and solving problems in the field. Approximately 70% of the role is mechanical and 30% electrical, making it ideal for someone who prefers a varied role over purely electrical work.
n The Role Working across workshop and site environments, you'll be involved in:

- n
- Installation and commissioning of industrial equipment and fuel management systems.n
- Pump fitting, pipework installation and mechanical assembly.n
- Maintenance and repair of pumping, storage and transfer systems.n
- Fault finding across both mechanical and electrical equipment.n
- Equipment upgrades, replacements and project work.n
- Workshop-based repairs and maintenance.n
- Breakdown response and site support.n
- Occasional travel and away work as required.n
n What We're Looking For
n
- n
- NSW Electrical Licence.n
- Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability.n
- Experience working on pumps, motors, pipework, conveyors, hydraulics, mechanical equipment or industrial machinery.n
- Ability to identify and rectify issues that may not necessarily be electrical in nature.n
- Positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever required.n
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.n
- HRWL, Working at Heights, EWP and Confined Space tickets highly regarded.n
