You’ll be supported by a team of coaches, mentors and counsellors. Together, we can make a positive change in the lives of others. We provide comprehensive training and help you achieve a Certificate IV in Community Services after successfully completing probation.
Key Responsibilities - Assisting diverse customers in overcoming personal and skilled challenges - Delivering coaching to improve employability skills, confidence and career planning - Preparing quality resumes, cover letters and supporting the job application process - Finding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf - Referring customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health and financial counselling - Providing additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment - Documenting customer information and progress accurately within Workskil Australia and Government systems About You - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Working independently and as part of a team - Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs - Strong administration skills and IT literacy,
including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Meeting a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute - Experience in employment services is highly regarded Benefits - Attractive Salary
