As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring exact documentation of all client‑related interactions. You will deliver holistic care that aligns with Consumer Directed Care principles and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.

Responsibilities - Promote and deliver holistic care focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.

- Deliver nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
- Provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications - Diploma of Nursing (required).

- Experience in aged care (highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance, and Patient Case Management skills.
- Excellent communication, adaptive thinking, planning and prioritisation, and cross‑functional team working skills.
- Prior to commencement:



complete a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain).
