Clear Dynamics

Sydney

Who we are Hey there, we're Clear Dynamics. Every enterprise wants AI in production. Very few can get it there safely. Pilots stall, risk teams say no, and the CIO is left with a clever demo that never made it into the business - that's the problem we solve.

Here's our take, and it's a bit contrarian: not every process needs an AI agent. So we deliberately put the right tool in the right place. Predictable work runs on straightforward automation. Agents are used only where reasoning and judgement actually create value.

And people stay in the loop where accountability and exceptions matter. It all runs under explicit governance - with clear boundaries, controlled costs and auditable outcomes. No infinite loops, no hidden spend, no black boxes.

The result: our customers get real ROI from AI, and the confidence to run it in business-critical, regulated environments. That's why enterprises trust us across financial services, government, health, manufacturing and logistics - and why we hold the security credentials (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, Defence, GDPR) that let those buyers say yes. We were built before the AI moment - over a decade refining our aieos™ platform - and we're ready for what comes next.

Our platform, aieos™, builds enterprise applications around your real processes and data and keeps adapting them as the business changes, delivered through a managed model that's free from lock-in - so software ships faster and the cost of change falls instead of rising. We're ~40 people, remote-first, funded and scaling into a category we're helping to create. This is an early, high-leverage seat to sell it.

The difference you'll make Reporting to the CEO, this is a true end-to-end role - you own the number, the pipeline and the accounts, from cold outreach through to close. There's no big team behind you: you run discovery and qualification yourself, and bring in architects and project managers once an opportunity is real. You'll work closely with the CEO (roughly a day a week) and alongside our existing enterprise seller.

Your patch is upper mid-market enterprise, across banking and financial services and other regulated verticals. These are considered, consultative deals: $3-5M in total contract value, 6-12 month sales cycles. Winning them is about staying with the customer through a long discovery, not pushing a demo.

Governance isn't the handbrake here - it's the reason the deal closes. There's a nice arc to the role, too. It's one product - the aieos™ platform - sold two ways,

and the shift is who runs it.

Today you lead with managed delivery: Transparent Dynamics uses aieos to build, deliver and run enterprise applications for the customer, as a long-lived, outcome-based partnership (not staff aug, not one-off consulting). As the market matures, you increasingly lead with the platform itself - customers committing to aieos and building on it directly, carrying a compounding-value story anchored by a contractually guaranteed exit no comparable competitor offers. Selling the managed service builds the proof, the references and the executive relationships that let you sell the platform.

Same technology underneath; you'll be equally at home in both. This is a build, not a maintenance gig. You'll help write the playbook the go-to-market team runs on. What you'll do

Own the number end to end - win net-new logos as your primary focus, and grow the footprint inside existing accounts, across both direct and partner-led sales.

Self-source and run the full cycle - cold outreach, discovery, business case, close, then keep expanding as accounts mature. No large support team; technical support comes in once the opportunity is qualified.

Go deep in early discovery solo - hold your own on architecture, integrations and data schemas with technical and business buyers before a sales engineer is ever in the room.

Sell across the C-suite - CIO, CTO, CFO, enterprise architect and line-of-business, at executive and business-lead level.

Bring the counter-narrative to entrenched platforms, internal dev teams and AI "vibe-coding" tools - winning on governance, tailored solutions, integration range, a lower cost of change and a contractually guaranteed exit, not a feature-list bake-off.

Carry the vision - tell the Clear Dynamics story authentically at events, conferences and webinars. What we're looking for

10+ years in complex enterprise sales, with a track record of hitting a new-business number on large, multi-stakeholder, multi-million-dollar deals with long cycles.

A consultative, patient operator - genuinely strong listening skills,

comfortable staying with a customer through months of discovery and qualification. This is the key differentiator for success in the role.

Genuine AI fluency - you understand the issues, the trade-offs and the enterprise implications well enough to hold a decisive conversation with c-level stakeholders.

Superior communication skills and ability to sell to numerous personas - CIO, CFO, CTO, enterprise architect, and lines of business.

Technical literacy - you can talk architecture, integrations and data schemas confidently and solo in early discovery, without leaning on a sales engineer.

A real self-sourcing hunter - you've broken into named accounts cold and built your own book, and you're happy rolling up your sleeves in a small company without big-team infrastructure.

Land-and-expand instinct - you've built and sold the business case to senior and board-level buyers, and grown accounts well beyond the first deal.

High EQ, resilience and integrity. Nice to haves

Background at a platform company - Pega, UiPath, OutSystems, Mendix or similar - or a sales engineer ready to step into a full AE role (with some experience here).

Experience selling managed or outcome-based solutions, and moving a buyer toward a platform commitment.

Experience selling a product before its category existed, or educating a market that didn't yet know it had the problem.

A network at CIO / CTO level across financial services, government, health or logistics. Why join us?

? The field is yours to own - your number, your pipeline, your playbook, and a direct line to the CEO.

? Get in before the inflection - a funded Australian tech company scaling into a category it's helping to define. The seat gets bigger from here, and you'll have shaped it.

? Comp that backs the brief - a competitive base plus real upside through performance bonus and commission. Big deals, rewarded like it.

? Remote-first, genuinely - work from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, with the whole team together in person twice a year.

? A culture that walks the talk - humble, friendly and genuinely supportive people who care about doing great work. More than half our team are women and two-thirds bring perspectives from beyond Australia; we're a certified Great Place to Work and a Top 30 workplace for women in Australia, with extended parental leave.
