Telestar Communications is seeking a full-time Enterprise Service Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a secure, growth-focused role where your contribution truly matters.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for enterprise customers, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Telestar’s products, services, and mobile solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Providing expert product and technical support across company-owned platforms, mobile networks, services, and devices

✅ Logging and updating data accurately in internal systems to ensure requests are tracked and actioned promptly

✅ Processing service requests and orders within customer-defined SLAs to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction

✅ Representing the face and voice of our business while working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders





✅ Liaising with vendors and third parties to request updates, escalate issues, and resolve technical queries

Experience in the telecommunications industry, especially with mobile fleet services, is not essential but highly regarded.

✅ Strong communication skills - both spoken and written, with a qualified, customer-first approach

✅ Previous experience in a service desk, customer support, or technical helpdesk environment

✅ Ability to troubleshoot effectively, manage multiple priorities, and meet service expectations
