Are you an experienced Human Resources or Work Health and Safety (WHS) skilled looking for your next opportunity? LO-GO Appointments is seeking expressions of interest from experienced HR and WHS professionals to join our recruitment pool for upcoming temporary assignments across Western Australia. These opportunities may initially be temporary in nature, with the possibility of extension(s), and may also lead to permanent appointments where suitable vacancies arise.

To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Work Health and Safety, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources and/or Work Health and Safety role.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary HR and/or WHS legislation, principles, policies, and best practice.
- Experience interpreting and applying relevant legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, policies, and procedures, and providing accurate advice to employees and management.
- Experience managing employee relations matters, recruitment, performance management, workplace investigations, or WHS compliance activities (depending on your area of expertise).
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using HR, payroll, or WHS management systems will be highly regarded.
