Join Redink Homesexpanding Operations department as an Estimator.Utilise your skills in costing and accuracy to play a key part in bringing new home builds to life.
Your day-to-day involves turning plans and contract details into accurate, competitive costings. You will liaise with external suppliers and keep updated with the market prices of materials to support confident, cost effective, decision-making. Working closely with Sales, Construction, and external suppliers, you’ll keep pricing current, communication flowing, and projects moving forward to meet build targets.
Task and Responsibilities
- Sketch estimate and sales variation pricing
- Provide site work costings
- Conduct sales costing checks (Ups & Downs)
- Contract pricing preparation
- Prestart variation costings.
About you
- Knowledge of the WA Residential Building industry with previous experience highly desirable
- 2+ years' experience in a similar Estimating position
- Experience in a various software and information systems. (Click Homes & Data build are desirable not essential)
- Strong analytical, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to influence, build and maintain networks with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and liaise with internal departments as required
