With a healthy pipeline of work and a collaborative team environment, the company is seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator / Project Coordinator to play a key role in both winning and delivering projects.

Your new role

Reporting to senior management, you will take ownership of projects from tender stage through to completion. You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and submissions, managing budgets and programs, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will work closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, managing variations, monitoring commercial performance, and supporting site teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have experience in estimating, project coordination or project management within landscape construction, civil construction, or a related industry.



You will possess strong commercial acumen and be confident managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have

- Experience preparing tenders, estimates, and quotations
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills
- The ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project programs
- Knowledge of contractual administration, variations, and claims management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to workplace health and safety and quality outcomes
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
