Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Event Coordinator / Event Manager at Solar Leads Verified and Qualified (Sunny Gorilla). The person in this role will plan, organize, and execute online and occasional offline events such as webinars, workshops, industry meetups, and partner-focused sessions to support lead generation and brand awareness. Daily responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing event timelines, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, handling registrations and attendee communications, and ensuring smooth event delivery.

The Event

Coordinator / Event Manager will also support post-event follow-up, track attendance and engagement metrics, assist with promotional activities, and continuously refine event processes based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

Demonstrated Event Planning and Event Management skills, including organizing virtual and in-person events and managing timelines and logistics.

Strong Communication abilities, with confidence in coordinating across teams, engaging partners,



and interacting with attendees in a qualified manner.

Customer Service experience, with a focus on creating positive attendee experiences, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining a service-oriented mindset.

Sales-related skills, such as supporting event-driven lead generation, nurturing relationships with partners, and understanding basic sales funnels.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain organized records of event activities and outcomes.

Comfort with digital tools for event hosting, registration, and communication (e.g., video conferencing platforms, CRM or event management software, email marketing tools).

Prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, or lead generation sectors is beneficial but not required.

Relevant education or training in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
